Dolseom ("we") builds open-source tools that run on your own computer. This policy explains what data we handle. Short version: our tools do not send your data to us.

1. Our software (gongsi-mcp, fin-law-mcp)

• The software runs locally on your machine as an MCP server for Claude. It has no telemetry, analytics or crash reporting, and it never sends data to Dolseom.
• gongsi-mcp contacts only public government services, and only when you ask a question that needs them: OpenDART (opendart.fss.or.kr, dart.fss.or.kr) operated by the Financial Supervisory Service, and the public data portal (apis.data.go.kr, data.go.kr). Official KFTC Q&As are bundled with the package.
• API keys you enter are stored only on your computer (~/.gongsi-mcp/.env). Fetched public filings are cached locally (~/.gongsi-mcp/cache.db). You can delete both at any time.
• Your questions to Claude are handled by Anthropic under Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy, not by us.

2. This website

• dolseom.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts.
• It is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) to operate the service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

3. Email

If you write to founder@dolseom.com, we use your address and message only to reply. We do not add you to any mailing list and do not share your message.

4. Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. We do not collect any personal data through our software.

5. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions: founder@dolseom.com.
