1. Software license

gongsi-mcp and fin-law-mcp are open-source software. Use, copying, modification and distribution are governed by each project's license in its repository (gongsi-mcp: MIT License). The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as stated in the license.

2. Not legal advice

Results are reference information based on public statutes, official notices and official Q&As. They are not legal, accounting or tax advice, and they are not an official interpretation by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or any other authority. Check conclusions against the cited provisions, and confirm with the competent authority or a qualified professional before filing.

3. Your responsibility

• Disclosure decisions and filings remain your responsibility. The tools do not file anything on your behalf.
• Claude's final summary can omit a condition that the tool reported. Compare the answer with the tool output and cited text.
• When you use OpenDART or the public data portal through the tools, you must follow those services' own terms and rate limits.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dolseom is not liable for any loss arising from use of the software or of information on this website.

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Dolseom is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, the Korea Fair Trade Commission or the Financial Supervisory Service.
